Newmont and GT Gold agreed no feasibility study and resource estimate is needed for the buyout deal as they can estimate from GT Gold's assay results.

Same can happen in a deal between Aben Resources and a potential buyer.


Aben's drilling program may has ended, else this year's drilling program would has been released around May 23 just as they did in 2017 to 2019. There is sufficient information in the past assays and 3D imaging to delineate the company's resource and reserve.
