If you read the publicly available SEC rules on even non reporting public companies you’ll see that officers have to file a rule 144 statement to sell over $5,000 worth of shares in any quarter. It could be a former director selling or anyone else who doesn’t see the company as anything other than a stock play. Most here, but not all, probably fall into that category IMO.
