It wasn't even criticism; it was an observation by one poster, and a question by another. This is disturbing to me. I became convinced that MMPJOE was not actually Moscato, because of the repeatedly vituperative nature of his remarks, and then rjs told us it is, so I will take his word for it. With that being the case, the BoD should take action, because what he is doing seems to violate his ethical obligations, and the board has the authority to act. Anyone can come on this site and see for themselves who is running these companies, including significant investors who might otherwise decide to support the work the companies are doing. His continuing remarks are nothing more than a big sign that says "we don't want your money."
