FINRA update. Here is what I found out late today in talking on the phone with FINRA. If Doc has all the approvals done with FINRA then all he has to do is send, electronically, the S.O.S. proof of the name change and then FINRA will post the name change on their site and the name change happens the next day.
The FINRA name change won't hold this up.
