Not much in total volume but wouldn't it be great if $SIGO continued to move higher? We have all been waiting a long time and I think they have finally got their S* together. And the cannabis biz, other states & more importantly the banks are starting to come around too. Just need congress now. But I guess all the stars need to align for that to happen.

And the more I read on Form 15 - Rule 12h-3, the less I understand. So anyone's guess.
