The president Duerte of the Philippines wants to make the Covid vaccination mandatory.

So…that’s why the need for LL is slowing down over there or the EUA perhaps or the discussions between Nader and the PH FDA…
Duerte wants to inject quickly and mandatory 70.000.000 people over there…so he needs vaccins!!
So, IMO … Nader will get a small order instead of 200.000 vials…
