AESO On AESO - Atlantic Energy Solutions, Inc. I am working with Issuer Direct to get everything needed to go current with them so that I can apply to OTC Markets. The records that the previous officer gave me were not complete so Issuer Direct is working with DTCC to try to get everything they need. My attorney in California is working with me to get all the old franchise taxes paid and back to good standing which I anticipate happening this week. I am ready to apply to otc as soon as these two things happen.
