I am going to throw this out there.
If there was to be no resolution between the 13 group and cytodyn could it go to court or just the team votes count? If team vote only, can shareholders do anything more to have a voice?
If there is possibility to go to court, or close to, could a lot of FDA etc or others, be forced to answer some difficult questions under oath? And evidence be put forth?
There really should be a book or movie from this Cytodyn journey! This is not intended to start anything just a quick answer would be appreciated.
