I would have to agree with you..there are timelines that get triggered, I believe Finra is the next step.
Here is a thought for smarter people.
Can Doc submit filings to OTC Markets- to get a yield sign and then Finra name change? Or does the Name need to be changed before filing submit? Since the Name Change is “Public information”. Idk if it violates “dark status” because it states the MAY NOT be providing public information like they have a choice if they want to release any information.
Either way…I’m not flipping it
It’s happening as we speak and all we gotta do is sit back and watch Doc release the beast. So to me it really doesn’t matter what comes first or last. The outcome is still the same.
