Right, LVgliders. And just to clarify and expand a little...FINRA requires AT LEAST 10 days' notice of a forthcoming name change, prior to the event. But, Doc could easily have filed all of the paperwork a month ago (i.e., more than 10 days ago) and is just waiting to tell them of the event (maybe tomorrow???). Then, FINRA can update the name and the brokerages, SEC, etc. all get the name change at the opening of the following business day. Let's hope it's tomorrow that FINRA shows a name change!
