Finding out they valued HRI at 1.6 billion and thats only one of our subs, that shows us how doc could get to NASDAQ without a RS.
Finding out we got a Transfer Agent, shows we are on the way to getting current because without it we cant go current.
Finding out the name change, shows Doc is making changes and movement to uplist.
ALL OF THESE MOVES, need to occur before filings or next steps. It all does not happen over night and those futures move can't happen without the ones going on now
