It must be because the study was not designed to show any statistical significance. Without statistical significance there seems little if any chance of approval talks in the near future which has a null to negative outlook for the short-term investor. CC should shed some more light on this and hopefully I am wrong. I guess my question would be, why was a study designed in such a way that it wasnt meant to provide statistical significance?
