That is exactly what I have been telling people privately. Doc will likely discuss his charity work and The NMHA. I think it will build things up leading into the PR that makes new beginnings after the conference. We are so close, it could happen right after he speaks or a couple of days after. It certainly has to be printed up and ready to hit the newswires imho.
