Which is why, until I'm told otherwise, I'm assuming the Excellagen financing has not been put in place.
Required or not, it seems like a slam dunk to notify shareholders if that has occurred. That alone could put an end to the dilution in probably <6 months.
If this financing deal has been signed, and we have not been notified one way or another (website post, FB post, BBS, PR), that would be negligent, IMO. Would be so easy to announce if it has closed, therefore I must assume the deal has not yet happened.
