All that Cytodyn needs to do is look at chronic fatigue syndrome for trial guidance. There are a series of objective and subjective tests used in those that would apply and are approved for use by the FDA. Since longhaulers is even more extreme than most CFS it will be much easier to prove significance.

Since there are no drugs approved for CFS we could do trials and own that space too.
