Market Makers can process an order with as many decimals as they want to.
On the NasDaq, there are often trades with 3 decimals when orders can only be placed with 2 decimals.
This happens more often than people think.
At 11:06:44 there is a trade at .10095
Watch the ticker for any symbol and there are always trades with more decimals than can be placed at.
