"IFF anyone is interested"...is such an odd way to offer services... a back-handed way of suggesting "want to give it a shot?"." nothing to lose"..nothing welcoming about the application process...or catering to the symptoms of a real problem. Definitely agree that the phase #3 trial preps pre-empt bad news for phase #2.
