"We look forward to the next study that will use the same treatment leronlimab with different dosages"
Unlike past trials of mixed results, I presume the data will be clear. Note the expeditious turnaround for unblinding, analysis, and scheduled CC to release results in only ~10 days . That's inconsistent timing for our history, which tells me results are Black or White, and will be very little middle ground this time around.
Another user here who's close to a LH participant (Beckymucha I believe), posted the P3 will be a 4-Arm Study, using 700mg, and 2 lower doses, 350mg, 525mg. This post by Dr. Gaylis appears to confirm that.
Interesting to see study of lower dosages in a P3, when Safety is pristine. Referencing a post by ThriftyCents, it seems Cytodyn might be attempting a "cost saving" approach, to lower the price of the drug for patients, after seeing success at 700mg. I agree with this as a possible interpretation. I see no other reasons to attempt to lower the dosage. Only a few days to know for sure. I'm hoping for a positive PR with results after hours on Friday, and explanation of results Monday. But that's me being optimistic.
I welcome interpretations of these opinions
