While Helios may be small, what's nice about Helios notifying everyone they are a Verb customer is that it is one of the first times that a customer is PRing their excitement about signing up to use Verb's technology. And not only PRing, but blasting it out on Twitter for all to see. And not only PRing and tweeting about it when it happened, but foreshadowing prior, again on Twitter.
Yes, other customers have given quotes and interviews about using Verb tech, but you had to search for it or have a Google-master post it on a message board, or it was initiated by Verb as validation of their worth. In contrast, Helios was blasting it out there, all on their own, telling the world they were ecstatic to use Verb tech to help grow their biz.
What's even cooler for me, on a personal note, is that my company was listed as a Helios partner, right along with Verb, on Helios's home page.
Perhaps I am wrong that Helios is the first customer to do this, but I can guarantee I am not wrong when I say it won't be the last.
