All this still seems a little too fishy to me...
Janice and crew show up and start their shit JUST before SSM says they aren't involved anymore.... how the hell did she (they) know and where/how did she get the information? Especially, since they've been quiet lately when the stock was running and starting to get some hype again...
There is SOMETHING about CRGP that has somebody over a barrel because after this many years they are STILL at it. Otherwise, like others have said, why did old management fight to keep it with the big fancy lawyer and not just let it go and move on...
