The immediate concern for QMC is getting current on reporting it's financials to the SEC so they can get back to OTC trading. Regaining OTCQB status is achieved by getting current which management recently said is their goal.

Innova's separate problem is satisfying the FDA's issues with it's Covid rapid antigen test for USA distribution. Innova's other products and worldwide business are not affected.

Neither company is the cause of, or can help the other with their problem.
