The 13D don't seem to understand that. If you keep your plan hidden, don't be surprised when that uncertainty keeps the buyers from buying.
5%er tried to explain a PM that it's Fife selling. He's right, but in the past, when shareholders felt confident in the path ahead, they offset the selling by buying. Nobody wants to buy right now because they don't know the plan. Why buy at this level if the 13D swoop in with a slick CEO who does an RS right out of the gate?
