The FDA is not blameless. In conversations with government "officials", if you challenge them, expect either a polite goodbye or the sound of the dial tone. IMO, the FDA does have "blood on their hands" for many decisions based on less than reasonable assertions. But like it or not we have to work with them to repair the rift that appears to have developed over many years.
