We see the change nowadays, before their bosses like playing exchanging shares games  between themselves, although it works most of the time, but if any smart  guy like perchy or  my friend pizza boss  would snatch   a huge trunk from them, they couldn't afford it, so now they changed their strategy to incentive basementboys with bonus to persuade the stubborn longs (LOL.. ) separately to handout cheapies...

It's a good sign to see this kind of change, as we see  our turning point is on the corner, and the chart is also looking better and better now...
