Tells me anything share related is now in the hands of a Transfer Agent which should start the ball rolling to getting CURRENT.... the whole idea of share structure and anything dealing with shares of a stock seems to be the most important factor in the stock market... whether it be for OTC or blue chips of Nasdaq or NYSE, etc...
