I think you just proved good old Sen. Ron J. to be 100% correct. If you can't show that arms were used then there is not nary a trace of an armed insurrection. Even the most feeble of nutburger neurons should be able to grasp that simple truth.
I have no doubt that the dimmys will will do everything they possibly can to pack people away for years when all they really deserve are some minor fines. Had those folks acted like antifur or blm we would have already seen firing squads. LOL
