If Joe is "highly" confident to produce a Complete Vaccine and potential BILLIONS in revenue an IPO will generate major interest and HUGE volume. It should be considered avoiding splitting up in Class A/B shares.....doesn't make sense unless not that confident and/or DJ in charge of finances.....???? 270 days and conversion a major blow to issued dividend!!! Many "loooong" shareholders invested in GNBT to participate in IPO !!!
