I suspect Innova may be using a "Sharp" model to meet FDA standards and could submit corrections and further inspection by the FDA and meet their standard. Just conjecture since they preformed an inspection of the Pasadena office back n March and April? Regardless with operations in the EU and other countries the FDA is powerless to control OR SUSPEND these sales or activity!
