Just got an email from Sean saying that no Treaty Energy money was used to purchase any property in Belize.  He said the deal fell through.  His answer below

The short answer to your question is that there is a common connection in that Andrew Reid is the CEO of Treaty Energy Corporation and is Chairman of the Board for Axiom Global Properties (formally known as Orpheum Property Inc./129 University Place). No Treaty Energy Corporation money goes to fund any of these projects. As an aside, Axiom Global Properties does not actually own any property in Belize, although they were in negotiations to purchase a resort there and the deal fell through (the M.E.L. Investments group).
