It would probably be worth the effort to introduce one or two flavors without CBD and test the market response.
Of course it takes time and money to reconfigure recipes and labeling every time they try a new product.
It's probably not a bad idea because I'm sure there are people out there who will not buy a drink with CBD in it because they don't fully understand the difference between THC and CBD.
Another thing to consider is that the market for non-CBD drinks is much more saturated than CBD infused drinks.
