BLOG UPDATE: Friday, June 11 - the NY filings were completed, and the judge there has already  APPROVED AND SIGNED the Order to Show Cause. This development creates a legal basis in Arkansas to “stay” and otherwise freeze local enforcement under the sister-state judgment collection rules. These court developments today occurred exactly as predicted and stated previously in this blog. The HHSE counsel in NY is confident that the motions of excusable neglect and meritorious defense will ultimately result in an advantage or win for HHSE, and the removal of yet another baseless, nuisance lawsuit.
