While i agree, i dont expect much to change in the real world even if passed. Right to try and EIND were also supposed to make a difference, but people are dying with that process. How many messages have we seen on this board about all the difficulty in trying to obtain LL and work through the process. It shouldnt take CEO/CMO level involvement to get all the paperwork and forced through the system (CYDY doesnt have a lot of "departments" and staff to do this, but i cant imagine the task is any easier (in fact probably more cumbersome) with the Gileads of the world)

More laws never solve anything. Less laws and regulation would be better, but i certainly dont have the answer.
