Btw, one aside to a quote by Terry Thompson.

My cousin Tom is the CFO of the US Army Corps of Engineers. He says absolutely VAs are opening or opened, though a Malaysian partner would be of absolutely no help there. It’s probably an awkwardly worded quote.
