Bigdaddy, I was more asking.  I didn't get this from the 8k. I got this from an article.  If someone put up their own shares then that is great.  The 10 million shares isn't what I was worried about.  We spend that much money every 9 days.  The 75 million was the part I was worried about.

I apologize if this was in an 8k because I didn't intentionally leave out information.  I may gripe and moan but its on facts only.  The same reason I will get happy will be on facts only.  We would be rich right now if we went off predictions.
