Simple answer: AGP just doesn't want to pay for Zoom. Maybe they should have been using VerbLive... However, I interviewed last year at the start of the COVID crisis with a big defense contractor, and in the middle of the interview the Zoom session ended. They admitted they were using the free version of zoom and had been interviewing several candidates, so they forgot to restart it before my interview! So seems like a lot of companies just try to get by with the free version.
I was very impressed by the presentation. As Red indicated, the fact they have signed 40 enterprise users up for VerbLive, is extremely impressive and should really start boosting monthly revenue, hopefully a little of that will show up in the 2nd quarter. The rest was very good too, and of course they see attribution as really helping increase the ARPU. Right now it is around 23 to 24% on average, which is still very good, but as Red indicated they think it will substantially increase with VerbLive and attribution.
