No pharmaceutical/biotech companies on a public exchange and looking to uplist would book revenue and cash other than the way I described. You meet to follow generally accepted accounting principles in the US.
You never book revenue (on income statement) or AR (if paying in credit) or cash on the balance sheet at time of PO receipt.
You do it at time of shipment.
