Sure the pps will be slated at $4.00 but many stocks that list far surpass the opening price due to institutional buying and demand Many who got in pre market dump into the market hence the much inflated price. in this case..we "ARE" the insiders. We've known about this way before anyone else. There is going to be huge competition for our shares.
