No better way for management to make a statement about their beliefs that a stock is undervalued than buying with their own money.
Problem is, it is the management putting the stock into the market causing the fall.
If they bought it could be a signal they are done selling and I would be more likely to buy more.
I challenge GNBT management team to purchase 5k shares each. I will match the purchase up to 60K shares. That is $1150 at .23 each for the 12 guys. For me that is about $14k.
