Amazon Launches Online Pharmacy With 2-Day Shipping For Prime Members

Amazon is offering meds from as low as $1 per month for the first six months --- for Prime subscribers only.
Amazon launched today an online pharmacy which will service those with and without insurance, with or without Prime membership. Prime members get the added advantage of free 2-day shipping. Also, Prime members who don’t have health insurance will see savings of up to ‘up to 80%’ on generic brands and ‘up to 40%’ on name brand medications.

If this is Univec or somehow affiliated with Doctor Dalton, then it could be a game changer. It appears the on line pharmacy may be a money loser at first, but the idea is to offer much lower cost meds to Prime subscribers in an effort to gain market share. Interesting.
