PPP Projects/Revenues. I'm still watching for the next meeting with the Vietnam Government to lock in the next PPP project. Henry told us he would be traveling back soon. Meetings show up a week to a week and half before they are held. The next project to be announced will be in the Go Relic area.
For those not familiar with PPP projects its similar to what we call municipals in the USA. They are Public-Private Partnerships contacts with the government to complete projects. The projects are bid and won based on competing companies. Once a project is won the company has to provide 20% cash holding for the expenses of the project. Below are projects already won. Someone can do the math on what money is tied up.
From there they have 16 months to start or raise the remaining funds. Once the project is completed they are reimbursed plus management fees for the life of the project.
In this case we are looking at things such as industrial parks, ports and housing developments for the mention projects.

Has anyone order this report 4610 yet as it goes back 3 years?
In searching for the source of public records. I landed on the city website for records over in Vietnam on the main sub company everyone is asking about. In searching under Vinafilms tax ID I found report 4610 that can be order for a cost of $150. I'm confident Vinafilms is producing revenues and have no need to pay for this report.

"Company did not recognize the operations of Vinafilms JSC in its consolidated financial statements as of September 30, 2019 and will only so when a GAAP audit of Vinafilms JSC financial statements is conducted and completed by a PCAOB-registered auditing firm". The financials are in peer review and will be released as they are completed.

Buyback is highly speculated to be underway via negotiated transactions. The CEO explained on both recent CC that he is not at liberty to discuss the details of the buyback until OTC shows current. There is nothing stopping him from using brokers to gather the shares.
The brokers to date have managed to move/collect a total of 19bill shares. Buyback was to be for 15bill shares or more as needed. I feel very strongly the brokers were sucking up all the shares hitting open market these last few months. This chart is not a proper representation of what has transpired or will transpire once the note holder conversion is over. Here is the tracking of outstanding shares week over week and as of the last few weeks no new shares where issued. Also the brokers involved in sucking up those shares keeping us in a range of .0024-.0028 is really annoying. Once note conversion is over the PPS will climb as we have seen over the last week.
What is truly socking is we didn't find trips again as 10bill shares hit the market since the 1st of the year. Let that soak in for a moment.

The company has completed the Luxemburg Fund in June 2020. This fund will house compartments that will fund the projects. Here is all the DD on those sub companies going live in VN. Verified off the Vietnam Government portal. I have been checking back every few days as you can search under PHILux and it pulls up anything that starts with that.
We have been waiting on is the PHILIX Global Funds to go live. This means that Vietnam will have access to the Lux Funds officially via a sub compartment. Take notice of the legal representative that filed the paperwork.
Once this Fund was fully active that means the financials are in final stages of releasement. Henry can only deposit money into the Lux Fund not take it out until the financials are all GAAP stamped and verified. We know the final sets of financials are with Earnest and Young going through a peer review. They are posted as the quarters are completed.

We spent a good amount of time researching and could use some more eyes. What interest me is the UK offices are showing strong construction ties in their market.
We are aware a funding source is in Europe. On a link provide we were able to find this guy Justin who is in construction under a company called DHR in the UK. They seem to be two different companies but maybe this will be a business partner using a compartment in the lux fund called DHR.

Natural Well Technical is a sub company of Phivitae Health Care and is Phivitae Health Care is owned by PHIL Group. This sub company is projected to surpass the Vinafilms Sub Company Revenues in the near future on FDA approval is provided.
Here it is and what is being worked on for FDA approval. They are currently in human trials in Asia and the product has shown promising results in some types of cancer/tumor treatments. This chart is not a proper representation of what has transpired or will transpire once the note holder conversion is over. Here is the tracking of outstanding shares week over week and as of the last few weeks no new shares where issued. Also the brokers involved in sucking up those shares keeping us in a range of .0024-.0028 is really annoying. Once note conversion is over the PPS will climb as we have seen over the last week.
What is truly socking is we didn't find trips again as 10bill shares hit the market since the 1st of the year. Let that soak in for a moment.

The company has completed the Luxemburg Fund in June 2020. This fund will house compartments that will fund the projects. Here is all the DD on those sub companies going live in VN. Verified off the Vietnam Government portal. I have been checking back every few days as you can search under PHILux and it pulls up anything that starts with that.
We have been waiting on is the PHILIX Global Funds to go live. This means that Vietnam will have access to the Lux Funds officially via a sub compartment. Take notice of the legal representative that filed the paperwork.
Once this Fund was fully active that means the financials are in final stages of releasement. Henry can only deposit money into the Lux Fund not take it out until the financials are all GAAP stamped and verified. We know the final sets of financials are with Earnest and Young going through a peer review. They are posted as the quarters are completed.

SDHunter and I have been looking into this sub company over the weekend. This is a sub company for PHIL Group.
We spent a good amount of time researching and could use some more eyes. What interest me is the UK offices are showing strong construction ties in their market.
We are aware a funding source is in Europe. On a link provide we were able to find this guy Justin who is in construction under a company called DHR in the UK. They seem to be two different companies but maybe this will be a business partner using a compartment in the lux fund called DHR.

Natural Well Technical is a sub company of Phivitae Health Care and is Phivitae Health Care is owned by PHIL Group. This sub company is projected to surpass the Vinafilms Sub Company Revenues in the near future on FDA approval is provided.
Here it is and what is being worked on for FDA approval. They are currently in human trials in Asia and the product has shown promising results in some types of cancer/tumor treatments. State of WY also updated in the last 30 days. I keep saying we need to watch these sub companies. Them going live means they are getting the help they need from the Lux Fund. Why would a project have this many steps if we are not at the finish line.
