I understand totally. There is not requirement to notify shareholders by a certain date but filing would have to be done by the end of June if an up listing was to be given consideration for approval. Would I or you post something by now, absolutely. If a person got out now probably at a loss. If nothing is filed by the end of June still a loss but if filed before the end date a chance of survival. I guess the gamble is the difference in the amount of loss if this goes south between now and June 30. Worse case I end up writing it off. Best case I live to complain another day.
