Thanks for the Welcome. I agree there should be more constructive banter among everyone. Most people here have done their due diligence and know the risk vs reward behind this stock. Its unfortunate the stock is in this situation. There is no excuse for not filing. My hope is when/if Pasaca takes over Squires can be put in a role that is more suited for his talents. Clearly his time leading this ship has passed.
My gut feeling is this will all pass and the stars are aligning for this company. If I am wrong it will definitely suck for all us shareholders. However, I won't be too upset, personally. I've done really well with most of my other holdings and I enjoy a long shot.
