Come on! Shareholders /Pipe investors have stated they have contacted Bret and he has not got back to them.
He is well aware of what is expected of him.
Nanologix, Bret, and especially the Faro's don't fare well imo if there is no notice of their intentions regardless of what they are before the deadline.
