You hit the nail on the head, i agree with you 100%.  Those are all thing that do not need to be pr'd until they are final, however it does not mean the company should not update shareholders on the progress/setbacks of these topics.  It may not do much for the share price and for right now i dont care about the share price but i do like to know (officialy from the company) that things are progressing.
