So you know Mark is "not suing anyone" after they (ACS) fails to pay by the end of September? Wow! I did not know Mark and SFOR'S legal counsel had already decided not to do so. Thank you for sharing that insider information with us! Sadly all I did as a concerned SH was urge Mark to sue ACS for failure to pay at the end of September. Guess it fell on deaf ears.
