Maybe I'm missing something, but I really don't get why the Feds put billions into one "so far unproven" technology (gene therapy/RNA) with some nasty short term and yet unknown long term side effects and in addition are spending billions more on propaganda instead of moving along something that would be safer and more accepted by the vaccine hesitant population...like the Complete Vaccine!
