Nice list of events. And some of the strange things:
1 - ETrade refused to distribute the dividend for 3 months after de funds were paid to them and were instructed to distribute by DTCC.
2 - Board moderators were wiped out and replaced "The Night of the Broken Board".
3 - COR was on a hurry to sue and did it the the same week of the divy.
4 - DTCC told COR divy could be reversed, with a deadline, if request came from CRGP. It never came.
5 - COR got their money back from noteholders who converted the extra shares and still continued with the lawsuit and later with an appeal.
6 - FINRA never explained the reason for the U3 halt.
All this is old story by now but if any imbalance happened 6 years ago, it needs to be corrected now.
