It is unrealistic to think the co is not aware of the change coming. They know. They know by way of an official notification or at a minimum post on this and other boards. To think they do not follow this board, other boards or have not heard from other board followers would be to height of stupidity. It is my belief that nothing has been said because compliance info has not yet been filed and we will be updated when filed/accepted and included in a future update. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. The sin is not letting shareholders know of their intent. imo
