Also, how did he expect to launch in Q1 without a website and here it is MONTHS later and it's still not complete???
I know I know, it's complicated, many companies involved. I assume Doc has experts and professionals helping do all this but it sure seems unorganized.
Maybe I'm overreacting but this seems ridiculous to me.
Hopefully that's all he likes being done but he still hasn't filed as far as we know and there's no name change on FINRA.
Time's ticking. Hopefully he's got a competent web designer who gets the name right and doesn't cause any delays.
