Because LL treats the virus and prevents it from getting to cell
And when you administer 700 mg and if the half life is 10 days that means after 10 days there is 350mg left and after 20 days 175 mg and after 30 days there is still 88 mg of LL left
LL binds and stays on the receptor for as long as 60 days
